1. Return and Refund Policy

Casaubon Rare Books, operated by B Concept (SASU, registered under number 831 847 462 in the Paris Trade and Companies Register), is committed to providing transparent and high-quality service.

  • Right of Withdrawal:
    In accordance with European law, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.
    • Items must be returned in their original condition with intact packaging.
    • Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer.
  • Exclusions:
    Personalized or significantly damaged books cannot be returned.
  • Refund:
    Once the returned items are received and inspected, a refund will be issued within 14 days via the original payment method.

4. Shipping Policy

  • Delivery Areas: Europe and North America.
  • Shipping Costs: Calculated based on the weight of the items and the destination. Costs are detailed during order confirmation.
  • Delivery Times:
    • Europe: 5–10 business days.
    • North America: 10–15 business days.
      These timeframes are indicative and may vary depending on carriers.
  • Delivery Issues:
    In case of delays, loss, or damage, the Customer must report the issue within 48 hours to contact@casaubon.fr.

5. Terms of Sale

    Orders are confirmed once full payment is received.

  • Prices:
    Prices are displayed in euros, inclusive of all taxes. Shipping costs are detailed separately before payment.
  • Availability:
    If an item is unavailable after the order is confirmed, the Customer will be refunded or offered a replacement item.
  • Retention of Title:
    Items remain the property of Casaubon Rare Books until full payment is received.
